Day 3 -- 20 Day Challenge

Day 3: March 2nd, 2015.

Day 3 you're suppose to take a picture of something you're trying to over come or over came. Which is the main point of this confidence challenge to over come things. I over came my self image. People saying i'm ugly, like not being the prettiest and just attacks at my self image. It sucks. I use to hide myself in pounds of makeup but then a few of my guy friends including my boyfriend convinced me I don't need makeup that I look better without it. I don't wear it to school or anywhere like that. Only on the weekends if to a special occasion or so. The things people use to say were such a low blow. Like its low to just attack somethings image. Because looks don't last forever. It's on what the inside counts. Not whats on the outside. Inner beauty is the best thing you can have. Which i have mentioned before. And yes it's okay to do your hair and makeup, dress up, whatever it is that makes YOU feel better. Because it's about you. Which i'm glad to say i made it to be happy with that. But what i'm trying to over come at the moment is my physical fitness. I'm cutting bad foods out of my life. And people are like why are you dieting, you don't need to lose weight. That's not it. I'm not starving myself or anything. I'm just eating good foods to live a healthy life, it makes my insides to out feel better and will be worth it in a life time. Eating better is better for your health. They say you are what you eat. Why would you want tons of fattening food in your body clogging up your system things like that. I did it for a better life. It's better to get in the habbit now then later. Also people are like you're so skinny you don't need to do this and that. Yes I do, I want to stay active. I'm about to post my picture of my start. This is my before picture from last week after going to the gym a couple times. It's not that i'm fat, it's the fact I could look 10 times better than I do right now.
Also I will be competes in the Pretaz Angelz challenge for march madness. Today's the last day to sign up for the challenge and i will post the email information below that they have sent me. You're health and fitness is a important part in life and can lead you to live a happier life.

You’ve decided to participate in “March Madness”. This challenge won’t be easy but I know you can complete it with success.

This challenge will run for 28 days (March 4-March 31) and you will be provided with all workouts, a calendar, telling which days you complete a specific set of exercises, a basic diet plan, meal ideas and recipes,  a raw dessert recipe from our “I Like It Raw” cookbook, body graphic to record your before and after results and more!

For this challenge there is a $20 registration fee. Once you turn in your measurements, you will receive an invoice.

Note: Everything in this month’s plan will be more detailed and intense than last month!

Of course we want to make this fun, so a new pair of exercise sneakers (of the winners choice) plus many more goodies will be given away for the best transformation!

Note: If you participated in last month’s challenge, you will not be sent your materials until you provide us with your final measurements from the Heartbreaker Challenge.

Rules:
1. Must be following us on Instagram (@PetrazAngelz) and subscribe to us on YouTube (PetrazAngelz). If you do not have an Instagram, YouTube will suffice.
a.      Throughout the challenge, you must make at least 2 posts of you working out or eating clean (you must be visible in the photo).

2. To receive your free materials packet, please submit the following:

a.      Measurements of waist, hips, each thigh, each calf.

b.      Weight

 3. . Take pictures before you begin the challenge. You do not have to turn this in! Keep the pictures for your personal records. We will only ask for your before picture if you are the winner of the challenge.
a.      Guidelines: Your pictures must be taken with you in a sports bra and shorts, for females, and males, in shorts. You may cut out your face if you feel more comfortable. Take one picture from the side, one from the back and one from the front.

I hope everyone takes this sort of thing into consideration. You don't have to sign up for this challenge, but just in general just working out and eating right. Which is what i'm working on. Healthier food, yes, can be a little more money but wouldn't you rather spend that extra couple dollars on something that can help you last a life time. Your life depends on YOU, to take care of it in the right way. And remember do things for your self and no one else.
