OOTD & HAUL

How's everyone liking their summer so far! I've been busy with work, ap art, trips like downtown and newyork, volunteer work, and pageant preparing! My pageant is coming up, I leave for Nashville July 28th for a week and after that I head out to San Diego August 13th. Just a busy summer, sorry I haven't been posting lately. 

First let's start out with I headed to Wal-Mart one night after work for some eyeliner and I always hear about the Elf brand, so I grabbed a bunch of stuff that was only $1-$2 from the brand. 

Items I bought:

Elf- Gold highlighter (It works really well, but I used one of my own brushes, definetly would buy again.) 

Elf- Eyeliner with sharpener, Coffee. (I didn't try it yet since I didn't Realize I grabbed coffee instead of black)

Elf- Water proof Eyeliner Pen, Coffee (Didn't realize it was coffee shaded either, but I tried it not bad)

Elf- Concealer, light beige (Actually works really well for like $2) 

Elf- Volume Mascara (I tried it, it's a thinner brush, good for your bottom lashes, not bad, I liked it for a first coat and then topping it off with a different mascara)

Elf- Cover up, light beige (It came with a pad thing to apply, I haven't tried it yet, but I heard good things)

Elf- Liquid eyeliner (Haven't used it yet, but at least I got it in the shade black)

Maybelline- The nudes, pallete. (I am obsessed it's travel size, and super matte and pigmented, and it's honestly the best drug store eyeshadow i've ever purchased, and I like it better than some of the sephora branded eyeshadows i've purchased. It reminds me of the naked pallete but not as shimmery, since mostly matte colors, which I like, and it fits in your purse and everything. I say buy it for a cheap, portable, reasonable pallete, that works great. Only like $12)

I found this picture funny and It showed the usage of the makeup I tested of the products was shown here and look how pigmented that black eyeshadow is from the pallete.

OOTD:

Hat: Fedora, Forever 21.

Dress: Tshirt dress, Forever 21.

Shoes: (I swithced on and off) Heel Boots, Jeffrey Campbell. The flat sneakers, The Wanted.

Love you guys, i'll definetly be updating more! Especially with the pageant, my trips with that in Nashville and of course my California trip. And more!!
