Nationals Week

Thursday: August 6th, 2015.

I just got back from Nashville, Tennessee! From my pageant nationals. Heres the bits from my week, that kept me so busy from posting lately! I represented Pennsylvania as Miss Pennsylvania for the Antso system. Which is a scholarship foundation.

First I created a simple dress, white top, flower bottom, and I topped it off with a blazer I made as well too. Which I created to show the judges my talent, for my interview, which I used this as my interview outfit.

Also another thing I created as part of the pageant system was our personal expression jeans we had to create to represent us. On one leg I wrote fashion, and did everything fashion related. On the other leg I did art, and everything art related. As well as my jeans did light up as well!! The back of the jeans said Harry Styles, and also had a art apron with paint all over. Jeans that represented me.

Now next was my all about me poster I created. Nothing fancy, but it's something.

It was my first time flying and we flew South west, which was quite a expierence.

The coffee wasn't bad, and I love the honey roasted peanuts! I would seriously ordered packs of them and the pretzels were good too.

We were suppose to be heading to Nashville! But got stuck in Missouri! What even is in Missouri? But our plane couldn't land in Nashville due to the huge storm. It was weather related that made the airport loose power that got us stuck in Missouri over night. But South west took care of us by sending us to the Crowne Plaza for the night and giving us food vouchers.

After all the commotion of my first time flying! I headed out to Nasvhille the next moring! Made it to registration and orientation, and that night we had a great time at bingo night.

But also at orientation I recieved a scholarship for money towards colleges if i get accepted, which helps my future a lot.

The next day was our prelims show!! Which consisted of jeans, evening gown, and on stage question.

After that I had a great time at the queens ball! We had a chef cook for us, amazing food. As well as a chocolate founation and more!

The next day was the final show and crowning. We had opening number, with our guest singer Lizzie Sider. They announce top 10, do jeans and ball gown. Then the parades and next top 5 and other things and finally announcing of new national queens.

I looked like I was in Pretty in Pink ! ^

But after all of that, I didn't win, in life you win some you lose some. Not everyone can win, but it's a great learning expierence, i had a great time. Afterwards me and some of the girls had a pity party in my hotel room, where we had tons of icecream and pizza.

I had a great time, great expierence, and I wouldn't change it for the world! What other 18 year old can say they got to travel on her own to expierence her dreams? Not many.  Love you all.
