End of the year..

Wednesday: June 8th, 2016. 

The time has finally come. The end of the school year. My next destination is graduation and I can't believe it is finally here. The year has flown by and here are my photos and end of the year experience. I had got to have before I receive my diploma next week.

Now lets get into my end of the year details.

The end of the year creeps on by before you even know it. I couldn't believe it that my senior year was completely ending. First it was my end of the year senior art show. I had my own display using different mediums of art including my fashion design. The year flies by, don't waste it.

 The same night was the senior award ceremony. I ended up receiving a community service award, for all of my volunteer work from the year. 

The following day I had my regional crowning work shop for Antso as Miss Pennsylvania. If you follow my social media pages, you might of saw that a month ahead ago I was recently crowned Miss Pennsylvania 2016 for Antso. Our system offers a great workshop to help prepare you for nationals, so you know what you're going into. You meet other girls you'll be with to connect as well.

This is my journey after graduation before I head off to college. If you guys haven't heard, I committed officially to Moore college of art and design for fashion design. I'm majoring in fashion design and double minoring in business and textile design, this upcoming fall. To continue my career. And I won Worst Senioritis for senior superlatives in my year book. Of course, it's a picture of me sleeping. The casual. 

Also through out the year I have been advocating for Mercy for Animals, giving tips on being a vegetarian/or vegan, from meatless Mondays, recipes and more. As well as animal rights. Using vegan makeup. Trying to get places like Publix to go cage-free on eggs and more.

The fight for cage-free eggs isn’t about eggs: It’s about the hundreds of millions of cruelly caged hens that are forced to lay them. When animal abuse remains hidden from consumers, it’s easy for companies like Publix to allow it to continue.

Last, but not least for my end of the year. As I was fighting to get last minute projects in, complete tests and quizs, go to work and school. I finally made it to prom! I had a Marilyn Monroe inspired look, to keep it classy, to say the least. Timeless, elegant, vintage. It was at the Crystal Tea room, and I had fun at least. The end of my senior year. But light is just beginning, don't waste it. 

This isn't the end with these people, it's only the beginning. 

Life hands you thing, people, things, problems, solutions, it's all part of life and we're on in it for the ride. I'm in it for the long one, to build myself, become something. Next week I graduate, I ended the year well and It's just going to keep getting better. #class2016
