Fenty Foundation and Moonlight Perfume Reviews!

As everyone knows Rihanna released her Fenty beauty line that went off the walls in business. To find your foundation shades in Sephora were crazy, things were flying off the shelves. Her line carried 50 different foundations shades making it so worth it that everyone can find a foundation to match their skin tone. Being a college student with a college student budget, I only bought the foundation. I swatched the countour sticks and highlighters and those were so pigmented and amazing. Can not wait to save and go back for more. Even for her holiday collection that will be released next month.

The packaging is simple it says Fenty and as you can tell in the picture I got free samples and a free points gift at Sephora. 

Her line also carries a moisturizer, when I went to get color matched at Sephora we used the moisturizer and placed on the foundation. If I had enough money for that moisturizer, I would of got that too, but I'll just use what I got for now. 

I honestly loved the glass bottle, it reminded me of a Chanel foundation and honestly is Chanel quality. It is lit af. The brand is Vegan and does not sell in China since Rihanna will not test on animals. I have a oily based skin so to use this foundation i must exfoliate/clean my skin then place my primer as well as moisturizer on. After that I can put on my foundation. It is a liquid foundation that spreads but does not apply well with a sponge. You will waste product on your beauty blender since it absorbs the foundation more then whats going on you. It is best to use a foundation brush to apply on your face. And then it gives you that matte finish. If you are looking for high quality foundation and willing to spend $34 this is worth it. My shade is 260 and that day I was able to get the last of my shade in store and very worth it.

Next I received from Ulta the new Ariana Grande perfume known as Moonlight. I am a big fan of her perfumes I have Ari and Sweet like candy the pink bottle and red limited edition as well as the hair sprays and lotions. I never got the chance to get my hands on the Frankie scent that was a unisex smell but I managed to get Moonlight with the free gift.

I got the biggest bottle for this smell and it was weird comparing the bottle size to all of my previous bottles I had an extra small one, to medium size to this being huge. I was debating on the size and did not realize how big it was. It is worth it because I enjoy the smell it is a light vanilla wine type of smell, it is girly and sweet and not overwhelming. The perfume came with a free tote bag with her name as well as a black cap with her name on the back, so two things asa free gift. 

I loved the choice for the bottle as well. all her perfumes come with this crystalized shape with a pom pom on the size. Previously it was a clear light pink with Ari, bubble gum pink with Sweet Like Candy, red with limited edition Sweet Like Candy and a metallic grey with Frankie. And they all have a pom pom same shape. I liked the holographic look with the shining purple that compliments the pompom and top. The designs are smart so for the look and smell A+ and worth getting. Also if you're curious in her other perfumes all worth it.

Here is my perfume collection and in this photo you see the size from biggest to smallest and how the bottles look. Starts off with Moonlight biggest(3.7oz), limited edition SLC (1.7oz), then regular SLC (1.0oz) . and in the background in the juicy perfume bin the big white pom poms also hold ARI. I just for the photo wanted to show the size differences and my two Ari bottles are the same size as well as the same size as the limited edition SLC.

Just wanted to show you a reference, these are so worth it. And you can find these perfumes and different sizes with free gifts at Ulta or Kohl's. In the past I have gotten puff ball hair ties, A white cat purse, A laptop bag and puff ball pens as my free gifts. Now my hat and tote bag. I have also seen water bottles, shorts and other cute things. Everything is great with a free gift. You can also look out for the hair sprays and lotions which I have some in the background.
