Korean Dining
Saturday: May 16th, 2015
Today's post represents the dining portion. I have a favorite place I love to eat called H-Mart. It's great if you live in or are visiting the Philly area. The first floor is a asian supermarket and also a few stores such as clothing and other things. And upstairs is the food court, where the food is reasonably priced like $6-$7 with sides and such and free water. And also upstairs has clothing stores, kawaii type accessories stationary stores, furniture stores, bedding, face and makeup, doctors, pharmacy, and more. Their food court has tons of korean dishes and sushi as well. Which I was a big fan of sushi, and it's great there, but i'm a vegetarian again. And i'll share my favorite dish with pictures.
A picture of a hallway of some of the stores, my favorite end, taken from the food court.
The one day I ordered this and I was like they definetly forgot my noodles, I usually have noodles, but I realized I picked the wrong one an ordered it without it. It's a dish mixed in spicy sauce with rice cakes, vegtables, a hardboiled egg, and a couple fish cakes, that i tell them before hand not to add in. Also with sides of miso soup and hoarse radish.
This is the same thing as above, but with the noodles! The noodles are like a ramen noodle type thing. And I love the spices and you can see the vegtables and side dishes better in this picture.
Next I went to one of my favorite stores there, it was basically a kawaii store, they had everything from Rilakkuma, to hello kitty which includes tons of sanrio, also studio ghibli characters such as totoro, tons of stationary and school supplies, cups, accessories, cute hair cips and books, and tons more. But what I ended up purchasing was Rilakkuma stationary!
Such Cute sharpeners,
To pencils,
To even the cute pen on the end with the pencils,
To rulers,
To erasers!
This store had ton of cute things and this is some of the stuff I bought. I only spent liek $20 for tons of cute stationary of one of my favorite characters. And if you're ever in the area and want to check out cute asian stuff, and have great asian food, check it out. You won't regret it.
Kisses,
Jackie Kensey xx
