Creative Work Space!

Saturday: February 13th, 2016

Hey guys! I'm back for February, and will be updating weekly! With great ideas including ootds, movie reviews, art, fashion, youtube, and tons of other creative things in life, even some updates on my life if you want. And of course food and definitely places to check out. Stay tuned!
This week I wanted to talk about my creative work space, something casual and important. Being a art student, a high school student, also working and getting ready for college as I follow my fashion dreams and blog as well, a work space is a need.
My work space includes a desk and tons of other things to help my inner self get to work. Having to multi task in my every day work life, a space is much needed and usually includes my daily cup of coffee. My desk includes things from writing utensils such as pens and pencils, my container for paper clips as well and usual office supplies. I also keep candy for my snacking. A lamp if I need the extra light especially during art work. Even containers to keep my supplies. The bigger fashion box is to keep books, papers, all other important stuff that I don't want to crowd up, look messy, or even get lost. The second box is for stickers, mini note books and more. I usually keep a fresh thing of flowers as well. After I have taken these photos I included more things for decoration such as a new vase, I switched out, asian art, as well as my own diy ideas for decoration, a unicorn stuffed animal and more. I like my desk to feel like me while i'm doing my work.

I included my laptop, it usually sits on my desk, especially since I do most of my work there, homework especially, blog, check email, youtube, and other things.

Here are some close ups.

My space helps me bring my work to life, i'm able to focus and get stuff done here. Sometimes I like to take trips to the library or to Panera, but usually with art and all I like the private time at my desk. Also in my family room, I have my own sewing station, which is a huge work space for me, but it's a mess right now. When my sewing room is finished that will definitely be my place to be. You need to stay motivated, have things you like, stay focused. Hopefully you have a creative work space to help you. But also I have to include a great site known as WeWork,. It is a company that offers shared office space all over the world. It's a flexible work space for all times of your day to get stuff done. Just like stated on their site "WeWork members -- startups, freelancers, entrepreneurs, small businesses -- value inspiration and collaboration, and our coworking spaces are designed to foster these features. Grow your business or pursue your own creative projects in our beautiful shared office spaces, located in major cities across the U.S., Europe and Israel." It says it all, a site to definitely check out. It's especially useful if you don't really have a office space to call your own, when i'm in my college dorm next year, this is definitely a smart move. Even if you do have your own office space, We Work can still be beneficial to you as well. For instance, all members have access to exclusive events , connections with other creators and potential customers, discounts on products, and plenty more. I'm a huge fan of them, making my work space more relaxing and I hope you are too.

I included the link in this article.

Creating your life's work, one step at a time. I hope you stay tuned and enjoyed my idea of a work space. Hope you get yours too.

Love always,
Jackie Kensey
and have a Happy Valentines Day and Presidents Day ! <3
